We designed a fresh valuation folder and marketing brochure to promote the business by connecting with readers’ emotions. With the target market in mind, home-searchers’ requirements were represented in a story book-style brochure demonstrating how Milestone Residential can provide the solution to each need. The postcard flyer campaign ensured key marketing messages became memorable keep-sakes to be retained or sent on.
